It is why we encourage all of our employees to give back to our communities, and many of our staff take time out of their day jobs to do just that; it could be taking part in local schools’ reading and mentoring schemes in and around the City of London, or joining in with our Bermuda team’s annual beach clean.

Youth Cricket in Bermuda
Hiscox has been proudly sponsoring Under 11 Youth Cricket since 2006 and has recently started sponsoring the Under 8s. This sponsorship helps teach young Bermudians the importance of teamwork and brings the local community together.
Kids on the Reef
The Kids on the Reef programme teaches students the skills and knowledge for safe free diving and advocates and educates Bermuda’s young people on our coral reef ecology, ocean conservation and personal development.
Action on Alzheimer’s and Dementia Bermuda
A team of ten Hiscox Re & ILS individuals covered 200 miles in 24 hours as part the Ragnar Reach the Beach Relay to raise money for Action on Alzheimer's and Dementia Bermuda (AAD).
Keep Bermuda Beautiful
Keep Bermuda Beautiful’s mission is to get all of us to who live and work on the island to take greater responsibility for reducing waste and eliminating litter through action and education. As part of the Adopt an Area initiative, Hiscox Re & ILS is assigned a designated area to take care of on the Island.
Scholarship funding for Bermuda students
Supporting students pursuing post-secondary education through the Association of Bermuda International Companies and the Alpha Beautillion.
Housing Trust
The Bermuda Housing Trust aims to provide quality and affordable rental accommodation for Bermuda’s independent seniors and to create a sense of community that enhances the quality of their lives.
