Jan-Hendrik (JH) joined Hiscox re in 2021 and was appointed Head of Investor Partnerships in 2026. He is responsible for business development strategy, investor relations and external communication with institutional investors. He has over fifteen years' experience in banking and asset management, with a focus on long-term insurance assets.

Prior to joining Hiscox Re, JH was Head of Business Development at HSBC Asset Management, leading the firm's Bermuda institutional investor strategy. He also held roles at ETF Securities and Commerzbank. JH holds a Certificate in Investment Management and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Richmond, the American International University in London, with a BA in Business Administration.
