Liz joined Hiscox in 2012 and was appointed Head of Hiscox Capital Partners in 2025. Liz brings over 20 years’ experience in insurance and more than fourteen years at Hiscox, including senior roles across Group, Retail and Hiscox Re, most recently as Chief Financial Officer of Hiscox Re. She provides deep expertise across capital markets, reinsurance expertise and strategic leadership.

Prior to joining Hiscox, Liz began her career at KPMG in London, qualifying as a chartered accountant while specialising in the audit of London market insurance companies. She later transferred to KPMG Bermuda, advising reinsurance entities across audit and advisory engagements. Liz holds a BSc in Statistics from the University of Leeds.
